Avulsion fracture is noted at the tip of coronoid process of ulna with anterior and posterior fat pad sign, suggesting the presence of elbow joint effusion.
Case Discussion
Coronoid process fracture is an uncommon fracture (approximately 10 to 15% of elbow fractures) and it is generally diagnosed on lateral or 45° internal oblique views.
