Corpus callosum dysgenesis

Thinned corpus callosum with absent splenium, in keeping with corpus callosum dysgenesis.
Small interhemispheric cyst in between the posterior part of both parietal lobes, communicating with the third ventricle.
Decreased size of the frontal horn with parallel widely separated body of both lateral ventricles. Dilated occipital horns of both lateral ventricles (colpocephaly).
Fenestration of the falx cerebri with interdigitation of cerebral gyri of the medial surface of both cerebral hemispheres.
Absent septum pellucidum.
Case Discussion
Patient with corpus callosum dysgenesis with colpocephaly and interhemispheric cyst communicating with the third ventricle.
