Expansile bony lesion of the inferior part of the left frontal bone with typical ground glass matrix. Involvement of left orbital roof and greater wing of the left sphenoid bone.
No cortical destruction of bone. No associated soft tissue component.

Fibrous dysplasia is a congenital, noninherited, benign intramedullary bone lesion in which the normal bone marrow is replaced by abnormal fibro-osseous tissue.
