Presentation

Shortness of breath, chest pain and dry cough for 5 weeks.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Female

Mixed consolidation / ground glass haziness with interlobular septal thickening in a subpleural distribution, predominantly in the middle and lower zones. 

Case Discussion

Ground glass haziness and consolidation in subpleural and peribronchial distributions are the most common HRCT patterns of cryptogenic organizing pneumonia.
