Well-defined oval structure adjacent to the left external iliac vascularity, hyperintense in T2WI and hypointense in T1WI, shows restricted diffusion in DW/ADC sequences, enhanced post-contrast, likely the left testis.
The right testis is located on the right side of the scrotum.

Cryptorchidism, undescended testis, located intraabdominal, adjacent to the left external iliac vascularity, smaller in size compared to the right.
