A well-defined ovoid cyst with thin wall is seen in the left upper abdominal quadrant. It is related to the upper zone of the left kidney. It raises the possibility of being left adrenal cyst rather than renal cyst.
Case Discussion
After laparoscopic excision and histopathological examination this suprarenal cyst is proved to be lymphangioma.
