Focal arterially-enhancing abnormality continuous with the cystic artery (branch of the right hepatic artery). This is in a setting of marked gallbladder wall thickening, gallbladder fossa hyperemia and pericholecystic stranding, in keeping with cholecystitis.
Case Discussion
Cystic artery pseudoaneurysm is a very rare condition, of which most of the identified case reports (fewer than 20) are related to cholecystitis or prior cholecystectomy.
