Bilateral upper lobe fibrosis and traction bronchiectasis. No mass.
Heart size normal. Normal mediastinal contours.

With the significant improvement in medical management, cystic fibrosis sufferers may now live much longer and with fewer complications in their adult lives.
The typical upper lobe fibrotic changes with resultant traction bronchiectasis are illustrated in this case.
