T2W/FLAIR hyperintensity, T1W isointense lesion is seen in the splenium of the corpus callosum with significant diffusion restriction.
No others lesions are seen in the brain parenchyma.
Case Discussion
This patient had a blood sodium level of 152 mEq/L and a potassium level of 5.6 mEq/L. In this clinical context, the features are almost certainly those of cytotoxic lesions of the corpus callosum (CLOCCs).
