There is a small area of signal alteration in the splenium of the corpus callosum which appears hypointense on T1W images, hyperintense on T2W/FLAIR images with true diffusion restriction on DWI, and no significant enhancement on T1W post-contrast images.
Case Discussion
Imaging findings are suggestive of cytotoxic lesions of the corpus callosum (CLOCCs), secondary to hyponatremia.
