Diaphragmatic eventration

The right-sided hemidiaphragm is elevated above its normal location, best seen on scanogram in this case. The liver is within normal limits. A small patch of consolidation is noted in the superior segment of the right lower lobe.
No evidence of pulmonary mass.
Case Discussion
CT findings on the provided images favor diaphragmatic eventration on the right, likely congenital in etiology.
Unfortunately, sagittal and coronal reformatted images are not available.
