Acute comminuted fracture of the left mid femoral diaphysis with lateral apex angulation.
No suspicious osseous lytic or blastic lesions.
Joint spaces are maintained.
Moderate soft tissue swelling about the left thigh.
Bone density is normal for patient age.
Acute comminuted fractures of the left anterior and superior to pubic rami are demonstrated.
