Incidentally noted splitting of the lower thoracic cord into two hemi-cords and each cord is surrounded by a separate dural sac. Both cords are separated by a bony septum in-between at T12 vertebral body level. The cords are close to each other at L4 vertebral body level.

There are associated lateral thoracic and sacral meningoceles. A lower thoracic vertebral anomaly is seen that may represent fused hemivertebrae. Also, there is L5 and S1 spina bifida.

Two small benign hepatic focal lesions (hemangiomas).
