Bulky uterus with diffuse thickening of the junctional zone with diffuse hypointense signals and tiny foci of hyperintensities within. The endometrium appears normal.

Case Discussion
Addenomyosis is a condition where there is ectopic presence of endometrial tissue in the uterine myometrium.
The most recognized feature is a thickening of the junctional zone for ≥12 mm with multiple tiny T1 hyperintense foci of hemorrhage.
