- enlarged uterus with diffuse thickening of the junctional zone endometrium-myometrium (up to 25 mm) of intermediate signal on T1, and low signal on T2 in keeping with diffuse adenomyosis
- well-defined left ovarian cystic mass of high signal on T1, T1 fat sat with T2 shading sign and no enhancement on postcontrast sequences in keeping with ovarian endometrioma
- thickened uterosacral ligament and torus uterinus indicating most likely a deep endometriosis.
