Alignment is normal. Moderate asymmetric L4/5 broad-based bulge, worse on the left side causing bilateral neural foraminal and lateral recess stenoses. There is also a 7 mm rounded mass of similar density tissue to the disc more superiorly in the medial aspect of the left neural foramen compressing the exiting L4 nerve root in keeping with sequestrated disc material. The remaining discs are normal.
