Left costophrenic angle effusion and lung consolidation.
Porta hepatis and splenic hilar lymphadenopathy.

Patient in southern Africa diagnosed with disseminated HIV-associated tuberculosis by means of focused assessment with sonography for HIV-associated tuberculosis (FASH) using a low-cost ultrasound device. Microbiological confirmation of TB from respiratory specimen.
