Impacted distal radial fracture.
Minor dorsal angulation.
No other bone or joint injury.
Case Discussion
Simple impacted radial fracture - on the frontal view look for a step in the cortices or a mixed sclerotic/lucent line across the trabeculae.
This fracture was managed conservatively without imaging follow up.
