An elongated styloid process is seen almost touching the hyoid bone on both sides.
Case Discussion
Patient presented with left sided facial pain radiating to the left mastoid process. Elongated styloid process can cause facial pain related to head movement. It is not known whether in this case symptoms were related to the elongated styloid processes or not.
