Endovascular repair of splenic artery aneurism.
There is an endoleak seen adjacent to the distal stent graft attachment with an enlarged aneurism sac.
Case Discussion
Splenic artery aneurysms are the third most frequent intra-abdominal aneurysms, following abdominal aortic aneurysms and iliac artery aneurysms. Endovascular repair using stent grafts appears to be effective and endoleak is a very rare complication.
