Endometrial carcinoma

- 30 x 35 x 40 mm tumoral mass lesion in the uterus lower segment with cervical invasion and deep myometrial extension to the outer surface of posterior myometrium to the sigmoid colon and mid rectum
- two solid mass lesions measuring about 40 x 50 mm and 60 x 90 mm at the right and left adnexa respectively
- multiple infiltrated lymphadenopathy in both iliac chains, the largest one measuring about 17 x 32 mm in the left common iliac chain
- nodularity and infiltration of omentum
- intact bladder wall and bilateral ureter
