Transvaginal sonography demonstrates an oval shaped near homogenously echogenic mass within the endometrial cavity seen surrounded by rim of endometrial fluid and showing a vascular stalk on Doppler scan. It measures about 2 cm in thickness and 4.4 cm in length.
Case Discussion
Sonographic findings are highly suggestive of an endometrial polyp.
