Presentation

Right eye discharge and pain for 3 days

Patient Data

Age: 1 year
Gender: Male
ct

Disruption of left eye ball is noted with heterogeneous increased density of the vitreous content, marked enhancement and thickening of walls of eye ball and resultant proptosis. Some preseptal swelling is also noted.

Case Discussion

The features are suggestive of left side extensive endophthalmitis.
