Swelling at the nape of the neck long time back

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

A well defined benign-looking heterogeneously hypo echoic mass lesion is seen at the deep cutaneous and subcutaneous tissue, It shows posterior acoustic enhancement.

No internal vascularity on applying color Doppler .
