In this non-contrast brain CT, we can observe a temporoparietal epidural hematoma on the left side with mass effect as evidenced by midline shift. Additionally, there is cerebral edema, ipsilateral skull fracture, and subgaleal hematoma.

This is a follow up CT obtained three months later. We can observe hematoma resolution, without brain edema, and a left temporal encephalomalacia and postsurgical changes.
Case Discussion
This is a typical epidural hematoma with good postsurgical evolution and minimal sequelae.
