Multiple intramedullary bone lesions involving both femora and the pelvis bilaterally
Gluteus and iliacus muscles show edematous changes on both side
No evidence of pathologic fracture
Right hip joint effusion.

A CT-guided bone biopsy confirmed Ewing sarcoma as the primary diagnosis.

This case demonstrates the features of very widespread bony disease from Ewings sarcoma of the pelvis, lumbar spine, and proximal femora.
