Ewing sarcoma

X-ray of the femur demonstrates destruction of the bone with cortical erosions and poor transition to normal bone. There are perpendicular spiculations producing a sunburst appearance in the center of the tumor. Laminated appearance occurs towards the edge of the tumor. There is no definite soft tissue mass.
