Extensor carpi radialis longus tendon tear

There is complete tear of the extensor carpi radialis longus tendon. The gap between the two retracted edges is about 35 mm. The proximal end of the torn tendon is seen at the level of distal radius and the distal end of the torn tendon seen near the base of metacarpal II. Mild fluid is seen in the region of torn tendon.
