Incidental finding of an extrahepatic portalvenous aneurysm (4 cm x 3,5 cm) - Aneurysms of the portal venous system.
Case Discussion
Portalvenous aneurysm is a rare condition. Extrahepatic aneurysms of the portal vein are more common than intrahepatic aneurysms of the portal vein. Congenital and aquired conditions as hypertonus, cirrhosis and uterin diverticulum of the umbilical vein.
