Bilateral and symmetrical dense calcifications involving the dentate nuclei, brainstem, globe pallidi, posterolateral aspect of the thalami, as well as the corona radiata, centrum semiovale and subcortical white matter.
Case Discussion
The clinical presentation and the CT feature in a patient with normal laboratory investigations are most consistent with Fahr disease.
