Asymptomatic.
Patient Data
Right upper quadrant view: no free fluid is present, echotexture of liver and kidney grossly normal.
Subcostal four chamber view: no pericardial effusion, contractility grossly normal.
Left upper quadrant view: no free fluid is present, echotexture of spleen and kidney grossly normal.
Pelvic view: no free fluid present.
Pleura: sliding present, grossly normal.

Normal study for reference.
Of note, this study was technically limited; in a complete study the right and left upper quadrant views would extend further cephalad to look for a pleural or subphrenic collection. Additionally, the preferred pelvic view is transverse, as it is thought to provide a more complete sonographic window of the rectovesical/rectouterine space.
