Presentation

Thigh pain post collision in sport.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

No fracture. Proximal right femoral rounded sclerosis is incompletely imaged. No periosteal reaction.

Normal study. The apparent femoral sclerotic lesion was caused by the superimposed penis.
