Small left lung volume with ipsilateral shifting of the trachea and mediastinum. In addition to thickened pleura, and multiple calcified pleural plaques in consistent with fibrothorax.
Blunting of the left CP angle suggesting pleural effusion.
Case Discussion
Fibrothorax is a recognized complication of long-standing parapneumonic pleural effusion, which if persists for more than 6 months, needs decortication.
