Minimally displaced fracture at the base of the right fifth metacarpal.
There is no dislocation or other fracture.
Associated soft tissue swelling over the medial border of the hand.

The fifth metacarpal base fracture usually occurs as a consequence of notable axial loading force to a flexed hand as noted in clenched fist injuries.
