Presentation

Painful deformity in left little toe after fall and landing on foot whilst on a trampoline.

Patient Data

Age: 11 years
Gender: Male

There is a transverse fracture of the mid to distal aspect of the fifth proximal phalanx. There is lateral angulation of the phalanx distal to the fracture.
