Frontal cavernoma

There is a small right frontal lesion at the inferior frontal gyrus measuring 14 x 12 x 10 mm of mixed signal intensity on both T1 and T2 with prominent blooming on gradient echo sequence. Minimal enhancement is noted on postcontrast sequences. No surrounding edema is seen.
