There is an 80 x 120 x 140 mm large abnormal signal infiltrative mass lesion with water restriction arising from the gallbladder fossa and invading the adjacent liver parenchyma and right hepatic duct.
Several enlarged lymph nodes at porta hepatic, and retroperitoneal regions due to metastasis.
