Presentation
A slowly growing and painless swelling at the palmar side of hand close to the third digit metacarpophalangeal (MCP) joint.
Patient Data
Approximately 5 mm large T1-hypointense and T2-hyperintense lesion of the right hand close at the palmar side of the middle finger near the metacarpophalangeal joint. It is associated with the flexor tendon. There is slight rim enhancement of the gadolinium-based contrast agent.
(The Adalat capsule is a strongly T1w- and T2w-hyperintense marker on the skin surface.)
Case Discussion
