Ganglion cyst at the insertion of the medial gastrocnemius

There is a multiseptated multilobulated cystic mass 40 x 30 x 20 mm of the posterior knee at the insertion of the medial gastrocnemius muscle of low signal on T1 and high signal on T2 and PD fat sat.
Normal appearances of the menisci, cruciate and collateral ligaments.
Case Discussion
Multiseptated multilobulated cyst at the insertion of the medial gastrocnemius muscle suggestive of a ganglion cyst (incidental finding in this case).
