There are multiple small sessile polyps in the gastric antrum and prepyloric stomach.

Case Discussion
A few of these gastric polyps were biopsied and found to be hyperplastic polyps.
These kinds of polyps are not neoplasms and have no malignant potential. They are typically small (<1 cm), multiple, and sessile, as in this case.
