Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

Evidence of arteriovenous malformation in the posterosuperior mid-scalp overlying the vertex. The nidus is present. The feeding vessels are external carotid arteries bilaterally. The draining veins are bilateral superficial temporal, maxillary, and facial veins.
