Grade II anterolisthesis of L5 over S1

Straightening of the lumbar curvature is noted.
At L5-S1 level, Grade II anterolisthesis with almost loss of intervertebral disc is noted, end plate irregularities and resultant bilateral neural foramina narrowing with compression of bilateral exiting nerve roots. Bilateral facet joint arthropathy is also noted at this level.
Case Discussion
Current MRI findings are in favor of Grade II anterolisthesis at L5-S1 level secondary to pars interarticularis defect (most likely post-traumatic) on provided images as described.
