Presentation

Recurrent left shoulder dislocation following direct trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 33 years.
Gender: Male
x-ray

A fracture is seen in the anterolateral aspect of the humeral head.

A bony indentation is seen in the lateral as well as anterolateral aspect of the humeral head likely representing flap fracture of the greater tuberosity. An associated fracture of the related part of humeral head with surrounding marrow trabecular edematous changes.
