Enlarged left breast is noted. No right breast is visible. Lungs and pleural spaces clear. Mild thoracic scoliosis convex to the right.
Case Discussion
Left-sided unilateral gynecomastia. The patient, in this case, is slightly rotated to the left, which can sometimes give a similar appearance. In this case, the patient had a history of left-sided retroareolar pain which correlated with the imaging findings. The patient was then advised to get an ultrasound done but he was subsequently lost to followup.
