Gynecomastia

There is presence of glandular breast parenchyma in retro-areolar region; extending to all four quadrants. There is no solid or cystic mass lesion within. There is no ductal dilatation.
Approximate size: craniocaudal 8 cm and axial 8 cm.
There is no axillary adenopathy. Pectoralis muscle is normal. Subcutaneous tissue reveals no abnormality.
There is no gynecomastia on left (asymptomatic) side.
