X-ray images of the feet demonstrated widening of the 1st metatarsophalangeal and lateral talocalcaneal angles bilaterally, as well as a decrease in calcaneal pitch reflective of the hallux valgus, hindfoot valgus and pes planus, respectively.
Case Discussion
Findings of bilateral widened talocalcaneal angle and 1st metatarsophalangeal angle reflective of hindfoot valgus and hallux valgus, respectively. The calcaneal pitch on both sides is likewise decreased in relation to the pes planus.
