Kung Fu player complains of acute severe left gluteal pain following exercise.

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

Partial tear of the origin of the left hamstring muscles mainly along the anterior aspect of the ischial tuberousity (semimembranosus origin) with fluid accumulation extending caudally within the intermuscular fat planes surrounding the semimembranosus tendon.
