Hepatic and splenic hydatid cysts

A large thick-walled cystic lesion with internal septations and without calcification or enhancing solid component is evident in the left liver lobe.
In addition, the spleen is enlarged, and a huge thick-walled cystic lesion with internal layer detachment is noted in the spleen that shows no enhancing solid component or calcification.
Case Discussion
Features on CT scan are compatible with hepatic and splenic hydatid cysts, correlated with serologic evaluation.
