Well-defined hypodense mass of the right lobe of the liver centered on the segments (5 / 6). Following IV contrast there is a typical discontinuous, nodular, peripheral enhancement on the late arterial phase with progressive centripetal fill-in on the portal phase and complete fill-in on the delayed phase.
Another small similar nodular lesion is seen in segment 7 with complete fill-in on delayed phase.
