Liver: normal in size and outline, diffuse moderate-severe steatosis (at least 30% fat fraction) was seen with few fat-spared areas, no mass, no intrahepatic biliary tree dilatation
Left-sided mid-ureteric stone.
Left renal small stone.
Right renal few tiny gravels.
Case Discussion
The mean attenuation of the liver was < 10 HU about 40 HU less than the mean splenic density. The hepatic and portal veins were denser than the hepatic parenchyma despite being a native scan.
